Q.How do I root my Anabelle Hydrangeas from cuttings ?

Zone 60126 | BEEGEE added on August 4, 2019 | Answered

I Have mature Anabelle Hydrangeas in my garden, and I want to propagate them by planting cuttings in pots. I’ve used rooting powder on the cut edge when planting but it hasn’t rooted. I’ve read that dipping the rooting end in honey as a rooting medium works, has anyone tried this successfully ?. Your advice will be much appreciated.
