Q.How do I rid grass from my mosses?

Zone Sanford. Michigan 48657 | Anonymous added on April 7, 2020 | Answered

We have a lot of moss growing around our house and yard and would like it to spread, but a lot of the moss has grasses growing in it. Is there a way to kill the grasses without killing the moss?

You can use a systemic herbicide to kill the grass and it won't kill the moss. The moss doesn't have a vascular system like grass so it can't uptake the herbicide.
