HOW DO I GROW ELEPHANT GARLIC FROM SEED NOT CLOVES

I want to start from the seed in the flower head – not using the cloves

Unfortunately, they make topsets, or little bulbs, where seed would normally be. Whether you choose to use a topset bulb, or one from the base, it will be necessary to use one or the other.

Topsets will, only, be produced on the mature inner bulbs. Smaller outside corms will take a few years to reproduce.
