Q.Get Rid of Tiny White Bugs on My Petunia Plant

I have a potted petunia plant that was doing well and blooming continuously. It gets plenty of sunlight, watered regularly, and I am careful to pick off the dead blooms with their seeds. Recently, I’ve notcied an infestation of tiny white bugs on the plant, and it has since stopped blooming. What are they and how do I get rid of them?
