Q.How Do I Get Rid Of Flies/gnats In My Houseplants
I am using a spat and these sticky pads. This is one day.

This sticky pad works well - if you can put it near the base of the plant it will help to keep the critters from getting into the plant. However, I recommend that you give the plant a few treatments with Neem oil, and be sure to drench the surrounding soil with it, as well. It may take more than one treatment, but it should take care of the problem. Also, let your plants dry between waterings. Gnats are attracted to moist soil.
