Q.How do I get a Hibiscus plant to bloom?

I have nourished it with plant food, kept inside during the winter, put it outside in late spring. It is green and looks healthy. What do I need to do?

Was it pruned back hard in spring? Sometimes that makes a difference as to the speed of blooming. Did you repot? Is the container only slightly larger? Hibiscus flowers better when it has a cozy fit in container. It also prefers full sun.
