get rid of cricket pests

Question

How can I get rid of cricket pests in the vine garden(maybe it’s name is cicada)? There are some insects under the ground in the fall, winter and spring that stick to the roots of grapevine and feed from the root and damage the vine in this way, then they go out in summer.
