Hovering Low Over The Lawn Are Ground Wasps That Each Year In Summer Ruin My Grass

Every Dummer I dread these low hovering wasps over my lawn that live in the lawn making holes/tunnels when looking for grubs ( I think) – how can I get rid of these please ?
