Honeysuckle Flowering

I planted a honeysuckle on a fence, exposed to full sun. It is growing vigorously; however, the flowers are very small and have no scent. I fertilized it this spring with Miracle Gro but still don't see any change. Is this typical of certain varieties of honeysuckle?

It may just be in need of some phosphorus, which helps most plants with blooming. Bone meal is a good way to add phosphorus to the soil. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/phosphorus-plant-growth.htm
