Q.Holly Tree Insect/Disease
My holly tree has what looks like mud on many of the leaves. On the back of the leaves are white rectangular things, which look like a broken piece of spaghetti–possibly 1/8 in wide and about 1 inch long. What is this? What should I do about it?
