Q.Holly Bush Problem
I have a 20 yr old Holly Bush in front of my house. Starting last fall I noticed leaves turning yellow/brown. I pruned off all the discolored leaves, but they’re back. The bush gets a lot of sun, although it’s on the north facing side and is about 15′ from the road. What should I do?
Yellow leaves on Holly can be watering issues, poor drainage and what I believe your shrub is suffering from is Iron Chlorosis.
A soil test is a great place to start, and you local County Extension Office can help you with this.
