Question

My tropical hibiscus flowers are not opening fully. They only open up halfway everyday. However, they used to open fully. It is called Tiki Hut.

In my research I could not locate a Tropical Hibiscus with the vareity name of Tiki Hut.
Make sure that you are watering evenly. If you are in a warm climate, morning sun with afternoon shade is best.
Don't fertilize with a high nitrogen fertilizer, as this can inhibit flowering.
Pests can cause flowering issues or bud drop, so inspect the plant carefully and treat with Neem Oil if you find any evidence.
