Q.Hibiscus Tree in Container Is Plagued W/Black Ladybugs

The tree did not have them when I bought it, but it now has little black ladybug looking insects on it. And now there are holes in the leaves. What can I use to get rid of these pests? We reside in Atlanta, Ga.
