Hibiscus Plants

Q.Hibiscus plant will not bear flowers, is about 5yrs old has not flowered in 1yr.

What might be the cause of a Hibiscus plant not flowering. Has large tangerine color flowers when it used to bloom. Very healthy leaves but will not bloom.

Not enough sunlight and over fertilizing are common reasons for lack of flowers on a Hibiscus.
