Q.Hibiscus Plant Bugs

My Hibiscus plant has done very well outdoors for 2 years. Just now I have noticed tiny black bugs all over the underside of the leaves. How do I get rid of them? I live in Scottsdale, AZ. The plant gets morning sun and is under a porch roof the remainder of the day.

It may be aphids. This article will help:

It might also be several other bugs, but aphids are the most common. Regardless of the bug, all of the common pests on hibiscus can be treated with neem oil. Here is more information on neem oil:
