Q.Hibiscus
Why are the bulbs falling off before they open? My plant is loaded with bulbs and looks very healthy but noticing several bulbs have fallen off.

Pests, or commonly Thrips can cause the buds to drop. Inspect your plant for signs of these pests.
Neem Oil is a good treatment for your Hibiscus.
