Hemigraphis

I recently purchased a Hemigraphis plant to use indoors. It was very full and vibrant. After two days the leaves are all limp. Is there anything I can do for it at this stage and how do I continue to care for it?

It may need more water. This plant needs plenty of water and indirect light. It also does not tolerate cold very well and if it was exposed to cold, say when you brought it home, it may have damaged the leaves.
