Help With Choosing a Tree

Question

I need help choosing a tree which is best – with fruits, flowers (but not white) or any kind of tree, really, but it has to be fast growing. Not hard to take care of, shade tree, evergreen (better with big shiny green leaves), at least 20′ tall with big straight trunk (I plant it on the left side of front house, need go smoothly through), but as wide as possible. I live in La Mesa, CA, as I know my soil is with some little rocks. But if the tree needs it, I can change it by digging out the soil and put in good soil. Please help!
