Help for wilted orchids

Question

Help please… this is the first time I’ve had orchids. I’ve had them for about a year following the care instructions and this is what they look like.

This will be just a simple fertilization issue. You should fertilize with an orchid fertilizer at half strength once a month, at least. It can also help to spray them with water once a day just to keep the humidity up.
