Q.Hello, I Just Got An Empress Tree From A Local Nursery And When We Were Unloading We Tore A Root. Do You Know If It Will Be Alrigh

Typically, breaking large roots can do this to a tree. There isn't much that you can do except for keeping it as healthy as you can until it heals. Watering should be done on an "as needed" basis. This will be once the soil dries down to about 1/3 of the original rootball size. You will either see a start to recovery or a worsening of symptoms. This will determine the likelyhood of the tree's survival.
