Q.Health Plants Suddenly Deteriorated

Hi there. My plants were looking really healthy until a few days ago. Not sure what’s happened; am I overwatering (2 – 3x per week) or not watering enough? Here are a few photo one plant; before a few days ago and now. The last one is what the soil looks like. Some plants are still green, other leaves have turned brown. I live in Scotland; weather’s been good last week and this week. Hope someone can help me figure out the problem. Thanks!

It looks like your weather highs are in the 60s (F) so they may be overwatered. After you water, don't water again till the soil begins to feel dry. Also make sure your plants are in the proper light, i.e., sun or shade. Here is more:
