Hardy Hibiscus

Question

In one of your articles, you mentioned many hibiscus forms that are able to withstand zones 5 and below. I live in Klamath Falls, Oregon and I believe our zone is 6, could be 7. Where can you purchase those that you listed in your article that can handle cold(er) temperatures? Thank you for your response.
