They seem to have been planted correctly went to local nursery gave a good fertilizer which did not help and also a spray for any bugs. The people who planted just replaced three within the three month warranty period but of course noe all 13 plants have the same problem and will all die. They get plenty of water sending picture to see if they can be saved thanks

They are susceptible to root rot in wet soils, which can be characterized by branch dieback. Concentrate watering to root area and do not water overhead to the leaves. make sure the plants are in well drained soils.
Fungal diseases anthracnose or leaf spot are possible. Avoid wetting leaves, remove affected leaves and pick up any fallen leaves and destroy.
