Q.guava seedlings plants pest

Hi,
I have some guava plants seedlings in a green house. I noticed this kind of ants (I dont know) it is yellow color about half inch with long long legs. It will now stick with any thing. with this (ants) I have white dots over the leaves but when I move the leaves it started to fly. I uses some organic matters but no result. it been reduced a little and then come back after 3-4 days. What is this ants and how to treat bot of them. they killed a lot of plant as I think.
