Growing Zucchini

Question

I am currently growing zucchini in my garden (1st time planter). One of my plants had two nice vibrant flowers, but they both fell off. Why is that and how can I keep the flower from falling off? I am watering my garden every other day along with Miracle Gro. But now I’m worried that I won’t get to enjoy my home grown zucchini.
