Growing Squash in the Fall Garden

Question

We are interested in planting squash and zuchinni for our fall garden. However, we can’t find squash and zuchinni plants. Can we start from seed this time of year? We live 20 minutes southeast of Rock Hill, SC – think we are Zone 7b.
