Growing Rose Seed

Question

I bought rose seeds that are suppose to grow blue roses. The written instructions only came with, “putting the whole plastic bag in the fefridgerator for 3 months “. So, my question is, will they still start to grow if I follow your directions after the annitial cold spell? Thanks

There are not any true blue roses. So if yours does grow, it is likely more a mauve or lavender color.
