Q.growing jade plant

I repotted the plant about 4 months ago and it does not appear to be growing.

Sometimes when a plant is repotted, it takes advantage if the extra space and focuses more on root growth than leaf growth. As long as the plant looks healthy, it is fine. It will resume leaf growth soon.
