Q.Growing Honeysuckle On A Trellis

I live in zone 5 or 6. I would like the honeysuckle that will grow up a trellis. I like the yellow colored one but have been told not to buy the Japanese kind. can you help?

You are correct in not buying Japanese honeysuckle vines as they are the invasive ones. You can tell by the botanical name if it is the Japanese variety (Lonicera japonica), so don't buy any plant with that name.
