Having trouble getting cantaloupes to set. Flowers but no fruit. Any tips?

This is a common problem for vining plants at the start of the season. They will produce nothing but male flowers early one, which cannot produce fruit. These flowers will simply fall off. If you are getting both male and female flowers and the female flowers are falling off, it is a pollination problem and you may have to hand pollinate.
