Q.growing a rose bush from cane clippings

i have cut some canes to grow some roses, I put the canes in water, I see sprouts, what do I do next, I am not a gardener, please help.

Here is a link to any article on this subject for you. If you see roots starting to form, it is nearly time to move them to a growing medium/soil.
