Q.Grass Recommendation
I live 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia and I need a grass that can stand up to two active Dobermans.

There are no grasses that can really take the damage from large, active dogs. But your best bet to try is Kentucky bluegrass. You may want to look at other options, like hardscape ground cover or training the dogs to only play in a confined area - or possibly a movable pen that will allow you move the dogs around the yard to that the grass can recover from the damage in other areas.
