My leaves are falling early on my vines and the small fruit is drying up as well. We have had a lot of rain the last 3 months. Is it possible that this is the problem?

The rain could be the problem, especially if the soil is not draining well. Roots have to breathe and if they are flooded, they will start to die. If you notice that the soil is swampy, you need to improve the drainage on the soil.
