Gardenia House Plant

I have small light colored bugs on the underside of the leaves. What are they and how do I get rid of them? I have it outside on the porch but want to bring it in for the winter. Will it bloom again?

These are likely aphids or mealy bugs, both of which can be treated with neem oil. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm

As for the blooming, this article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/gardenia/gardenia-care-to-get-a-gardenia-bush-to-bloom.htm
