Ferti-lome Gardener’s Special 11-15-11 Flower Food is what I am using and it is helping the yellow leaf. Can I use it all the time and how often do I feed the bush?

Yes, you can use that all the time with this plant. I would fertilize about once every month spring and summer and do not fertilize during the fall and winter.
