Q.Gardenia

I have a gardenia plant in my balcony. Just started to bloom the second time this summer when I noticed the bud tips are nibbled by some bird or bug. Could you please advise and help me save my plant? Thank you.

I'm not sure if your dealing with insects or birds, but this time of year insects are the most likely culprits.
Neem Oil is a good treatment.
