Garden pests and wanted creatures

We have just purchased a garden animal and pest repellent that works with ultrasonic sound and a motion detector. However, we love our garden toads and don’t want to repel them! Will the repellent chase them out of the garden?

I did not find any information on whether Toads are harmed or chased off by the ultrasonic sound.
