Garden Grass Is Not Growing Well.

Question

Its been three years since I planted this grass and we use to seat in it almost 4 months in a year. Now its bot growing well at few spots. What should I do to cover it fully?

It looks like you will have to improve drainage, since it appears compacted and very wet. You will, likely, have to kill off a mild infection. Fungicides will do the trick.
