Q.Full sun leafy plants
We live in Park City, Utah, so we get very hot full sun but temps in summer are 85-90 – so not blazing hot. Our south facing garden needs some plants that will give us color all summer. Flowers would be great but it seems they bloom and are gone pretty quick in that hot sun. I’m thinking a beautiful colorful leafy plant, like Caladium, or the other ones like Coleus would be great. Not sure if any can withstand the full sun? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Caladium may not tolerate the hot sun, but there are some great Coleus varieties that can do well in sunny gardens.
