How do you plant Fuchsia dry seeds?

Soak the seeds in clean water for 24 hours. Plant the seeds in compost (compost intended for germination if available). Press them into the compost, but do not completely cover, since light is required for germination. Keep moist for three to four weeks (they are slow to germinate) and provide bottom heat if possible.
