From One Bloom Double Or Triple Flower?

This is a 2 year old plant i moved it to a bigger pot now its blooming from one bud double or triple flowrs

Is that a Datura plant? I have seen them full like that. It must have liked the extra room it got! It could be flower proliferation, where a flower goes rogue and may produce excess buds, for example. Here is more:
