Q.Forcing bulbs

Zone Zone 6b | Anonymous added on July 18, 2017 | Answered

I’ve asked this question on a county extension website and they provided me with an answer that didn’t make much sense, so, if I may, I will ask you. Can I put bulbs in a freezer for a couple of weeks, say, in March, and then plant them in pots for blooming thereafter. I don’t have much luck with the bulbs surviving if I put them in pots in autumn. We’re talking tulips, hyacinth, and daffodils here.

Thanks

Not the freezer but the refrigerator! Here is an article that will help you.
