Fertilizing Angel Trumpets….recommended Tomatoe fertilizer….

Question

Have read about fertilizing Angel Trumpets and then it is said to use Tomatoe fertilizer. Read about ratios, phosphorus etc. but all I want to know in Australia what is name on the packet, what brand to buy. Simple so I can go to my nursery and say do you stock ???????? name for fertilizing tomatoes. My local nursery may not know what you recommend, but I am willing to go online to purchase fertilizer. Does Bunnings stock a tomato fertilizer…

I am not familiar with the Vendors in Australia. We are based in the United States, and mostly deal with fertilizers from more local sources. Most tomato fertilizers will be very similar, so whether you go with brand A or brand B will not matter. A google search of "tomato fertilizer" will bring up as many choices as you could want. Any granular tomato fertilizer will be just fine.

You could even go as far as to use what I use: It is called CYCO, and it is made in Australia. I would not attempt to use this 14 part nutrient line unless you are familiar with mixing individual components of fertilizers, though.

There are many choices, but whatever fits your needs is what you will want to go with, as they are all about the same, as far as what they are made of. There will be only so many ways that you can mix the individual components, and most companies already have the tomato pretty well figured out.
