Esperanza Not Blooming Yet Growing by Leaps, Bounds

Question

I have several gorgeous esperanzas in a row on the southern side of our central TX home. All are growing ok, yet rather slowly compared to one that is huge already with NO flowers on it. What’s going on?The others are flowering.

Give the tree that's not blooming some bone meal or use a high phosphors fertilizer. That should make it have more blooms.;
