I HAVE 4 YEAR OLD EMPRESS TREE IT GROW 10 TO12 FEET PER YEAR, IN FALL LEAVES FALL OFF IN SPRING IT STARTS FROM ROOT AGAIN,DOES NOT GROW LEAVES ON LAST YEAR LIMBS,LOOKS LIKE STICK TREE, WHAT DO YOU THINK
