Q.Elephant Ears Dying??

I have a elephant ear plant that was .growing great. Then I found white sports under the leaves. Bought Neem Oil which says for house hold plants. After applications my elephant ears are looking sick. Leaves not vibrant green but turning whiteish. Is this. Due to this product?

It could be spider mite damage. Neem oil should help. Make sure you aren't spraying during the heat of the day because that could cause leaf burning. Neem oil applications should be made about once a week till the condition improves. Here is more:

OK
