Elberta Peach Trees With Yellow Leaves

I don’t know what to do for my peach tree. The leaves are yellow and there is fruit on it.

It sounds a lot like there is plenty of phosphorus and potassium in the soil, but little nitrogen. This leads me to believe that the soil pH might be a little too high.
