Q.Dying/Poorly Tree

Anonymous added on April 29, 2014 | Answered

We bought a new house towards the end of last summer and we are approaching the end of our Builder’s warranty period. We paid for a Home Warranty Inspection to be done and the inspector mentioned that a couple of the trees the landscapers put in were looking sickly. Apparently, he had a similar thing happen and it was a problem with its roots. We had thought that maybe it needed a bit more water, but now I’m not sure! I’m not familiar with the type of tree, so I am finding it impossible to see if his theory is correct. I was going to try and attach a photo, but wasn’t able to!
