Dying (I think) fig tree

Question

I have 2 fig trees growing side by side. One of them appears to be dying. The leaves are turning light yellow and dropping off. This seems to be progressing VERY rapidly. At this point every leaf has turned yellow and over half have dropped off. I think the other tree is ok, although there’s one or two yellow leaves on it. I don’t see any evidence of insects, or disease.
