Q.Droopy dry leaves

Zone Lynn, Ma 01902 | Lovemyalex added on January 4, 2019 | Answered

My bird nest fern was doing well until I think, I over watered it. The leaves have dried out, but I did change the wet soil. Will it come back to its original healthy state?

Leaves drying out is usually more likely to be under-watering or root disturbance. But if the plant was over-watered for a long period of time, then root rot is possible.
Whether or not it will recover with the new growing conditions depends on how much root damage there was, and on your new watering and fertility program. Give it some time and TLC.
